Gaia Resources Group was founded in 2016 in Dubai, UAE as a physical commodity trader, and overtime expanded its vision to include investments in strategic assets with a focus on three industry verticals that the company operates in. These verticals include agribusiness, energy and metals. Since its establishment, Gaia Resources successfully invested in and exited from several projects.

Our Agribusiness Vertical includes trading and investment activities in grain and fertilisers.

Our Energy Vertical includes trading activities in coal, petroleum, and gas & power.

Metals

Our Metals Vertical includes gold and copper trading.

In 2021, we further expanded our physical commodity trading activities to offer deep and extensive expertise in sourcing supplies for our global clients and structuring complex commodity transactions, which often include financing. As part of our debt solutions offering, we are able to structure working capital, storage-backed and commodity-backed financing.

Geographically, Gaia Resources Group aims to focus on the growth markets of Middle East, Africa and South Asia.

Gaia Resources Group is headquartered in Dubai, UAE, and has additional presence in Mumbai, India and Istanbul, Turkey primarily for business development and operational support.
